2026 Trip

The Peace of God!!! From January 29th to February 3rd, 2026, we had the honor of visiting the beautiful city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. 

After planning, praying, and fasting for this trip, the day finally arrived. We thank God first and foremost for this opportunity He gave us to plant a seed in His kingdom in the missionary field. 

Our brothers René and Iris Torres, members of our church and leaders of the missions department, met José Luis and María Brandel several years ago. They recognized the calling and potential in this pastoral family and set out to plant works for the glory of the Lord. 

After years of active service in the Lord's vineyard, we, the Morales pastors, had the privilege of meeting this wonderful family of preachers, teachers, Levites, and worshippers. 

During the days mentioned above, we were establishing the Matthew 8:32 Church in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. We believe in the pastoral ministry and calling upon this family, and we anoint them for pastoral ministry. It gives us great joy to be able to pastor and mentor this family within the ministry. We took advantage of our stay in the city and connected José Luis and María with church leaders of our organization in the Dominican Republic. We met Administrative Bishop Juan Tiburcio, Bishop Héctor Herrera, and District Supervisor Ubaldo Febles, as well as others. It was an honor to be among men and leaders in the church of Jesus Christ. We enjoyed the ministry and quality personal time as a family. 

We, as a church, are committed to missionary work, which we will continue to pray for and act upon with the help and provision of the Lord God Almighty. The Word of the Lord says, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news…” 

Onward and ever-growing in the Lord, knowing that our work in the Lord is not in vain. Amen 🙏
